Whitefield Networks, LLC ("we", "us") operates this website. This notice describes what data we collect and what we do with it.

Data we collect

If you contact us through the form or by email, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically a name, email, organization, and a description of your project. Our host logs standard access data (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security monitoring.

How we use it

Contact submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and scope potential work. Server logs are reviewed for security purposes and rotated on a regular schedule. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A functional session cookie may be set by the web server; it carries no tracking identifier and is not shared.

Client network data

Configuration data, topology diagrams, IP plans, and other information we access during an engagement are handled under the confidentiality terms of your service agreement. We do not disclose client network details to other parties.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable business-records period, then deleted. Client project data is retained and destroyed per the applicable contract.
